How do I return or exchange items?

 

The U.S.

You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items purchased from Chelec within 30 days from the date of purchase for an original payment refund and within 30 days from the date of purchase for a store credit refund.

Returns can be sent back via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS.  

To return or exchange an order, follow the instructions below.

• Notify us by e-mail(chelecofficial@gmail.com) or DM(Instagram @chelecstudios) within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Repack the box and drop it off at your local FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS store, and take a picture of your delivery receipt. We'll take care of the rest.

• After the integrity of the products is confirmed, refunds will be processed on the account you used for payment, or a different size/product will be sent to you as an exchange. This could take up to an additional 14 days. Damaged, stained, or missing items will not be exchanged or refunded. Handle with care!
